Intensive Spring Clean
This will give your property a good start to the rental season. Alternatively, this will ensure a sparkling welcome to the holiday home owner.
This will take between one and three days depending on the size of the property
Kitchen
Oven and microwave deep cleaned. Hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, etc all cleaned and polished. Dishwasher filter cleaned. Extractor fan filter checked. All appliances checked to be in good working order. All work tops, sinks and surfaces cleaned. All cupboards and drawers emptied and cleaned. All unit fronts cleaned and polished. All crockery and cutlery washed, dried and stored away. All wall tiles and floors cleaned. Bin emptied and cleaned.
Lounge, Dining Area, Hallways and Staircases
Behind and underneath all furniture (including sofa cushions) cleaned. Appliances cleaned and polished. Cabinet interiors cleaned. Cabinet surfaces and fronts cleaned and polished. Position table mats, coasters, etc. All picture frames and mirror frames dusted. Ornaments washed. Mirrors cleaned and polished. Rugs and carpets vacuumed. Floors cleaned. Additional cleaning of furnishings can be arranged. Quotation on request.
Bathrooms
All baths, showers, toilets and sinks cleaned. All work surfaces cleaned. Bath and shower screens, wall tiles and mirrors cleaned and polished. Bathroom cabinets emptied and cleaned inside and out. Bins emptied and cleaned. Floors cleaned.
Bedrooms
Behind and under beds cleaned. Linen aired. Mattress protectors and pillows checked. All beds made up. All wardrobes, cupboards and drawers emptied and cleaned. All surfaces cleaned. Rugs and carpets vacuumed. Floors cleaned.
General - Interior Areas
All interior doors, handles, etc cleaned and polished. Spot cleaning to upholstery, rugs and carpets, where possible. Marks from walls and skirting removed where possible. Ceilings, walls and cornices dusted. All light fittings and lampshades dusted. Window blinds dusted. All lighting checked and spent bulbs replaced. Vacuum emptied. All rubbish removed. All windows and doors secured.
Windows
All window frames and sills cleaned. All window glass cleaned and polished inside and out.
Exterior Areas
All exterior doors, handles, etc cleaned and polished. Patio furniture and loungers brought out from storage, cleaned and positioned. All steps, railings, balcony and patio areas cleaned.
