to ensure that your new home is sparkling when you step over the

Additional Cleaning
You may require additional cleans for a variety of reasons – if you
are a holiday home owner and do not want to waste precious time at
the beginning or end of your visits cleaning up – if you have
holiday home rentals and want changeover cleans – if you are here
for the season and would like a cleaner on a daily or weekly basis.
This would include general cleaning of the property, removal of
rubbish from the property, changing of bed linen, etc.

Inventory and Fixtures & Fittings Checking Service
An inventory must for the rental property. An initial inventory will
be taken at the beginning and end of a rental period.
In the case of rental properties, checking of fixtures, fittings and
furnishings is important if you wish to maintain your property’s
rental potential.
Household Laundry Service
Laundry service for household linens and towels. Your laundry will
be collected from your property and returned the following day.
Price is 6,00 YTL per kilo.
Personal Laundry Service
In these days of limited baggage allowances, why not bring fewer
clothes and take back more shopping !! Your machine washable
personal laundry will be collected from your property and returned
the following day professionally laundered.
Price on request.

Curtain Cleaning Service
This will usually be carried out ‘out of season’.
Your curtains will be taken down, professionally cleaned and rehung. |

Rug Cleaning Service
This will usually be carried out ‘out of season’.
Your rugs will be collected, professionally cleaned and returned.
Soft Furnishings, Mattress, Carpet Cleaning Services
This will usually be carried out ‘out of season’. However, we
realise that accidents do happen, especially if you have a rental
property, and in such a situation the cleaning will be carried out
with as little disruption as possible.
This cleaning will be carried out at your property but will be
overseen by a member of staff during your absence. |

Pool Maintenance Service
This service includes general maintenance, beginning of season
cleaning and filling, regular cleaning and chemical balance, end of
season emptying and chemicals, and over winter cleaning and
maintenance.
Garden Maintenance Service
This includes general maintenance, lawn mowing, care and watering of
plants, and removal of garden waste.
Price is dependent on type and size of garden.
Bug Treatment
Although this is initially carried out at the
beginning and end of the season, it is recommended
that this is carried out on a regular basis during
the summer months.
Alarm and Security Systems
A range of alarm and security systems are available to give you
peace of mind whilst your property is unoccupied. We use the
services of reliable and professional companies and installation
will be overseen by our staff.
Solar Energy Systems
A range of solar energy systems are available. We use the services
of reliable and professional companies and installation will be
overseen by our staff.
Installation of Satellite Systems

a major extension. On your subsequent approval and with agreed

Unfortunately, many new properties suffer from a lack of built-in
storage, especially in bedrooms. We can provide the services of a
reliable and professional joiner, oversee the work and keep you

Purchasing Assistance
Assistance can be provided in the purchase of white goods, furniture
and soft furnishings.
Airport Transfers
A private transfer service is available from Dalaman, Bodrum, Izmir
and Antalya airports.

Welcome Pack
Welcome packs are a great idea, especially if you or your guests are
arriving late at night. You will arrive at your property to find
your refrigerator plugged in and the essentials on hand for a light
snack/breakfast and, most importantly, that much needed tea or
coffee.
We supply a basic pack but this service can be tailored to your
needs.
