Azur offer our Owner/Landlords a choice of Property Management packages.

But why should you choose Azur as your Managing Agent? Simply because we, at Azur Rentals & Property Management, have appointed highly qualified staff, take away the aggravation of letting your property.

From the moment you place your property with us for advertising on our website and agency, we at Azur aim to find you the right tenant for your property for the negotiated period. We arrange the viewings with the prospective tenant. We then arrange through an appointed solicitor the letting agreement for the term of the let, and the deposit and weekly/monthly/yearly rental collection.


		We will confirm the moving in date of the tenant and arrange, with you, to meet your tenant on the day they move into the property. (Excluding holiday lets - we can arrange to Meet and Greet your holiday clients with the keys and information for your property) In addition, should you opt to take out a Property Management Package, we will look after all your required needs. You simply choose the service that meets with your criteria and let us do the rest. (See our Property Management link for optional packages).
