Key Holding
Two sets of keys for your property will be held in our office.
Regular Property Inspections
Inspections and security checks will be carried out at regular
intervals. This will include visual checks of the interior and
exterior of the property, checking of all access points for security
and also for any signs of water penetration, flushing of toilets and
running of showers and taps to avoid stagnation of water, airing of
rooms, checking for signs of infestation or vermin, checking of
security systems. You will be notified of any signs of break-in,
theft or damage. Where required, this will be reported to the police
and a copy of the report obtained for the purpose of any insurance
claim. |

Adverse Weather Conditions Checks
The Marmaris area, whilst fairly consistent in its summer weather,
can have very variable weather conditions during the rest of the
year. Severe thunderstorms with torrential rain and strong winds are
not uncommon and these can obviously cause extensive damage.
Following storms, earthquakes or tremors, your property will be
checked for damage. Any remedial work required will be emailed to
you with photographs of the damage and a quote for remedial work
required. Any interaction with your insurance company will also be
undertaken. |

Thorough Spring Deep Clean
Prior to your arrival, a deep clean of your property will be carried
out. This will include cleaning of every room, all windows,
balconies and appliances.
A deep clean will take one day. The number of staff will depend on
the size of the property. (Spring Clean)
Bug Treatment
Spraying of both the inside and outside of the property, including
the pool, will be carried out before the end of April and at the end
of the season. |

Closure of Property
This will take place at the end of the season or at a date specified
by the property owner. The property will be cleaned and rubbish
removed. Appliances, water and gas supplies will be turned off (as
requested). The property will be secured and any security systems
will be activated.
Remedial Work
Any remedial work required will be emailed to you with photographs
of the damage and a quote for work required. The decision is yours
as to whether the work is carried out in your absence, when we will
oversee the work, or if you wish to wait and carry out non-urgent
work whilst you are in residence. In the event of a problem
resulting in an insurance claim, we will liaise with the company ,
provide access to your property and oversee the work carried out. |

Utility Payments, etc
Payment of utility bills, house and contents insurance, earthquake
insurance (DASK), property taxes, car tax, etc will be made promptly
from the funds made available to us.
Mail Collection
Mail will be collected from your property or PO Box, and dealt with
as requested. You will be e:mailed and the post will be dealt with
as you request.

Regular Newsletter
